IBC, Aroma Al-Marifa Company and the Arab International Arbitration Company signed the Tripartite Framework Cooperation Agreement on 27 August 2025, governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.
Dr Mohsen Al-Ajji, chairman of the board, signed on behalf of IBC; Dr Mohammed Saqr, chairman of the board, signed for Aroma Al-Marifa Company; and Dr Mahmoud Ammar, chairman of the board, signed by hand for the Arab International Arbitration Company. The agreement covers training programmes and specialised workshops, conferences and seminars for exchanging expertise, and networking meetings and events.
The agreement is implemented through a joint coordination committee meeting every three months or as needed, with IBC committing to provide meeting and training halls plus remote training. A related cooperation memorandum, signed on the council’s official letterhead (info@ibc.qa, +974 740 8900), with the Arab International Arbitration Center in Cairo sets out IBC’s obligations for full logistics, marketing in Qatar and the Gulf, concluding protocols with government and private bodies, inviting guests of honour, and outreach to secure sponsors, against the Egyptian party’s obligations to prepare the scientific conference file, form a legal body, prepare training programmes, and provide the required accreditation.
