  1. 10 June 2024

    Memorandum of understanding with the Arab Women Leaders Network

    The Chairman of the Board signed a memorandum of understanding with the Arab Women Leaders Network, published by both parties.

    The school performance quality-assurance workshop

    An evening workshop with the Global Studies Institute and Quality House Consultancy, Wednesday 29 January 2025, 19:00–21:00.

  3. 27 February 2025

    First International Forum: The Family and the Challenges of the Age

    The council, alongside five other organising bodies, held the First International Forum "The Family and the Challenges of the Age" at Katara, with eleven speakers.

  4. 30 June 2025

    24th Katara Tech Forum

    The 24th Katara Tech Forum on autism spectrum disorder, in collaboration with the council; the chairman served as general coordinator. Covered by Qatar News Agency and Al-Sharq newspaper.

  5. 22 January 2026

    Doha Summit for Sustainable Development and Entrepreneurship 2026

    The Doha Summit for Sustainable Development and Entrepreneurship, at Katara, under the patronage of H.E. Sheikh Faisal bin Qassim Al Thani, chairman of Al Faisal Holding Group, with around 80 personalities from 15 countries across 7 committees.

Chairman of the Board since the council's founding, and chairman of Gulf International Group since 2016. Moved from engineering into business and management, led all three council events at Katara, and advises several centres and institutes.
