Do you deal with the exhibitors and suppliers on our behalf?
Yes. Exhibitor, stand and supplier coordination is part of the service and the council carries it out directly, which keeps the event under one management line. It runs alongside the layout and visitor flow planning, so stand allocation and the way visitors move through the hall are decided together. To build that plan we need the theme and your expected exhibitor and visitor numbers.
Where can the exhibition or forum be held?
Most of the council's work takes place at Katara Cultural Village in Doha, and the proposed venue and dates are among the first details we ask for. Confirming any venue depends on its availability and on the decision of the body that controls it, so a proposed location is treated as a candidate until it is secured.
Can you guarantee a certain number of visitors?
No, visitor numbers are not something an organiser can guarantee. What we ask for is your expected exhibitor and visitor figures, because the layout, the visitor flow, registration and on-site support are all planned against them. What actually turns out is reflected in the event documentation afterwards.
Who runs registration and visitor entry on the day?
The council manages registration, the programme and the sessions, along with on-site support across the event days. Entry arrangements follow the visitor flow that is planned before opening rather than improvised on the day. The event is documented while it runs, so you are left with a record of what took place.
