Le contenu et la durée sont arrêtés à l’avance, et l’organisme qui délivre une attestation est nommé.

Do you deliver the training yourselves?
Yes. Training programmes are delivered directly by the council, from defining the learning need and the programme topics through to trainers, schedule and venue, and on to materials, registration and supporting services. The council works mainly at Katara Cultural Village in Doha.
Is the certificate accredited?
That depends on the programme, and no programme is described as accredited without naming the body that accredits it. Where a certificate is issued by a partner body, that body is named in the programme description itself. Accreditation is granted by other organisations, which puts it outside what the council can promise you.
Is the programme built around us, or is it off-the-shelf content?
It starts from the learning need and the topics that follow from it, and the content and schedule are built on that. This is why we ask for the target skills, the participant count and their experience level before anything is designed. A beginner group and an experienced team need different topics, not the same material presented differently.
Which language is the training delivered in?
The council works in Arabic and English, and the language of the programme and its materials is set by the participants. Preferred duration and training format are agreed in the same conversation.
How do we know the programme worked?
Participant feedback is coordinated as part of the programme and the results are given to you as they came in. That feedback measures participant response and the agreed programme outputs, and it is not a substitute for measuring impact inside your own organisation.
